One problem often faced when installing an aftermarket head unit, is getting the steering wheel controls to work.
With the programmable steering wheel control interface, you can get the controls working again with some simple wiring and setup.
Be sure to select the correct unit depending on the type of vehicle as there are analogue (non-can bus) and can bus versions.
